Can you give me a debug build with extra instrumentation enabled that would help figure out root cause ?

It's actually pretty simple. Regardless of the number, just simply have to activate SportsDo on the new device. The phone number part isn't relevant to SportsDo running on the device.

Install SportsDo on the phone, and follow the onscreen instructions to activate online or offline. Job done.

I have recently upgraded my HTC Touch 3G to a HTC HD2 which is a WM 6.5 phone. I have also changed my mobile number as part of the upgrade. Will SportsDo still work for me?

If so, could you please guide me through the process for getting SportsDo onto my new phone with its new number. Do I start by changing the number in my account and then download SportsDo onto the phone (how do I do that?) or vice versa?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated to get me up and running again.

Sorry you are having a problem. I seem to remember a report of a similar problem on a Palm device, although we don't know if this happens on all Palm Treos, or just a certain models/firmware versions.

We'd need to have the exact same hardware combination to reproduce the error, so we can't promise it's an easy fix.
